                                                                                                               Solutions

                                                                     1. Check the wires from the starter properly and                                                                                                    put them in the right place!

                                                                          2. Install the relay properly.

                                                                              1. Replace with the correct rating.

                                                                                  1. Use wire or only as required.

                                                                                     2. Do not operate the pump until the voltage is reached.

    pump failure

2 Fuse going off while motor and pump are running

                                                                          1. Having voltage or having wrong voltage!

                                                                               2. Overheating of overload box.

3 Any malfunction or defect in the control panel

                                                                                      4. Motor winding or only failure

                                                                                          5. Pump clogs due to sand particles

                                                                                      Solutions

                                    1. For this we should wait for stable voltage and adequate power supply.

                                         1. The overload relay should be replaced or adjusted to a higher value.

                                             2. Replace the starter repair if the motor pump trips frequently.

                                                   1. Defective electrical components to be replaced.

                                                       1. For this we should first check the continuity of wiring only and

Replace only and get the motor rewinded if required.

                                                               1. Clean the water inside the motor if necessary, replace the thrust tree.

3 The pump is running but the water rises less

                                             1. The speed of the motor is less than its own speed

                                                   2. The strainer/impeller or casing may come off.

                                                          3. Rising Man leaks or malfunctions

                                                                4. The resistance of the pumpset is higher than expected.

                                                                       5. Bore yield is not sufficient for liquid.

                                                                               6. Damaged parts of the pump.

                                                                    Solutions

     1. For this we should first check the voltage, frequency. If necessary the cable should be replaced with a higher size.

    1. Clean the water passage of the pump and clean strainer or strainer and impeller and casing should be replaced if necessary.

    1. Check pipe joints for leakage and choking or choking.

    1. When replacing pipes, replace larger sizes simultaneously.

    2. Replace the pump set with a larger size as well.

    1. If possible lower the unit further as per the scope or throttle the sluice valve to adjust the flow rated is also the right way to do so.

    1. Replace only correct components impeller, diffuser, bush, sleeves, necking, etc.

    2. Check the water kiln, sand content to avoid prematurely wear.

    pump failure

4 Our pump does not deliver water

                                                                           Causes

                     1. Low water level in the well or borewell.

                         2. The total head of the system exceeds the pump set                                                                                             3 Incorrect connection of non-return valve or sand getting stuck in NRV on delivery pipe.

                                       4. Motor is not starting.

                                              5. The motor starts from the beginning but does not pick up the speed to do.

                                                                                  Solutions

     1. If possible, reduce the unit of the motor further

             2. The unit should be stopped until the water level rises substantially.

                   3. Operate the pump set once with the throttle valve.

                        1. Replace the pump set with a suitable high end.

    2. First make sure that the flow is not obstructed due to foreign bodies in the valve or the low quality of the valve.

            1. Check the direction arrow outside the NRV valve is correct.

                    2. Clean the sand properly.

                         1. Check the cable connection closely and replace the cable if it is damaged.

                            2. Check the correctness of the power supply coming from the pole transformer.

                                 3. Also check for backup protection so that there are no errors.

                                            1. Check the voltage, frequency and if necessary replace the cable with a larger size

5 Fuse blows or circuit breaker trips when pump and motor are on

           1. Control Panel Defect

a} there is a fault in your wiring

b} Fuse misplaced or fuse misplaced

                     2. There may be a failure in the relay

                          3. Damage or failure of motor winding only

                                  4. Sand trapping and clogging of the pump.

                                        5. There may be pumpset block in the crossed well.

                                                     6. Misalignment of Pump and Motor

                                                                      Solutions

                           1. Check the pump set and motor and replace them as required

                                 2. Replace the starter and try again to check for current only.

                                        1. Rewinded motor and replace only.

                                               1. Clean and recirculate the water inside the pump.

                                                      1. Check the coupling again by aligning it properly or not and see the freeness

6 Fluctuations in the current of the motor

        1. Check the water level (borewell) or system leak properly.

            2. Check that there are no foreign objects between the casing ring and the impeller or the bearing parts inside the pump.

                      3. There should be no garbage, straw, etc. inside the motor.

                                         Solutions

    1. Always replace defective pipes or repair leaks properly. Turn the pump down to draw water.

2 Take and repair the good condition components use.
